The Scout personal development Course is aimed at Scouts aged 13 years or above, looking for training to help them lead their Troop.

This course runs over a weekend and are organised by Regions/Districts across the state, open to every scout within the state of Victoria.

This course makes up a part of the Australian Scout Award
